This reverts commit 07f6532. Reason for Revert: * We are restoring Tct Daemon, since it handles light sensor calibration too
* Turns out, in addition to setting BT MAC address, light sensor calibration was being handled by tctd * Without proper calibration, we get junk lux values making auto brightness go crazy

Added fix for backlight by including tct daemon. Added non_removable_euicc_slots to overlay.
